Hampstead Mansion Block divides later-living apartments between two connected blocks. Six storeys sit above two basement levels containing plant, servicing and automated parking on a constrained London site.
Symmetrys provides structural and civil engineering, including floor-by-floor transfer structures, integrated services and piled basement construction. The practice’s current awards record lists the project as a 2023 AJ Architecture Awards winner.
