The story
The story behind the work.
Great Suffolk Street brings a long-empty Grade II-listed warehouse back into use while retaining tall rooms and cruciform cast-iron columns. New work is deliberately legible against the industrial fabric.
Symmetrys is structural and civil engineer. The scheme reuses steel salvaged from Broadgate and has been recognised in the New London Awards conservation and retrofit categories.
