The story behind the work.
Ackroyd Lowrie is working with a local developer on this back-land site within the Ewell Road Conservation Area to deliver three two-bedroom units. The design concept has been developed from the neighboring Victorian buildings, and is a modern interpretation of the traditional bay-fronted villas around the site.
