The story
The story behind the work.
Fivefields is an eight-storey workplace created for charities and social-value organisations. Barr Gazetas shaped a calm, domestic-feeling interior with spaces for different sensory needs, private and enterprise offices, a quiet library, collaboration areas and a communal roof terrace.
Accessibility interventions include a discreet entrance platform lift and an internal ramp linking reception with the principal spaces. Reused and low-impact materials support the circular-economy approach, while the official practice source records completion in 2023.
