Ackroyd Lowrie is working on the redevelopment of a Nursery site to provide 31 residential units along with a replacement Nursery School in Newham.
AL has been Project Managing the scheme from inception, as well as undertaking the architectural design. This has included extensive liaison with the local authority planners regarding viability. The proposal seeks to provide a high-quality scheme that responds to and respects the local character of Newham and will also increase the housing stock within London.
