The story

The story behind the work.

ZEDPods designed and built 12 homes with Linc Cymru Housing Association and Newport City Council for people previously living in temporary accommodation.

The in-house architects developed a two-storey terrace for a steep and tightly accessed car-park site. More than 80 per cent of the homes were completed offsite and the modules were installed in three days, reducing construction traffic and disruption.
