The story
The story behind the work.
AHMM combined the existing Curtis Green building with a glazed public room, rooftop pavilion and new forecourt to create a clearer and more welcoming civic presence.
Landscape extends Whitehall Gardens towards the entrance, while references to Norman Shaw's Old Scotland Yard provide continuity. The rooftop pavilion adds meeting space and views across the Thames.
