The story
The story behind the work.
A 16-storey tower anchors six buildings around new alleys, passages and public realm. Flexible floor plates, operable windows, generous ceiling heights and exposed concrete support different ways of working and future adaptation.
The concrete structure also provides thermal mass and carries services. A rooftop running track, cycle hub and shared spaces extend the environmental strategy into daily working life.
