This former pub in Kegworth was converted into two HMO student accommodation units, with a further two units built on the adjacent former car park.
A close dialogue with the local planning authority ahead of the full planning application produced a scheme suited to the setting of the neighbouring listed building. Rixon Architecture provided brief definition and survey, the full planning submission and building control drawings; the site was developed by local property agent Lovage Homes.
