The story behind the work.
Squire & Partners divided the one-million-square-foot site into two podiums carrying six buildings, opening a route between Victoria Street, Broadway and Dacre Street and framing views of the Grade I-listed 55 Broadway.
Three related facade languages draw on Charles Holden's Art Deco geometry. The completed development combines 268 homes, offices, shops, restaurants and public realm, with the practice responsible for the masterplan, architecture and interiors.
