The Business Incubator

Here is Klea's penultimate third year design, featuring the repurposing of a 19th century derelict church into a community focused Business Incubator Hub. The aim of project is to strategically insert a new inspirational space within the urban context and addressing the area's low economic activity. The design's main feature are the stacked studio boxes within the church's nave, creating a series of engaging private studios within the public space.
