The story

The story behind the work.

KPF led the design of Victoria Dockside with more than 100 designers and consultants, organising Rosewood Hong Kong, K11 Atelier, K11 Musea and K11 Artus around gardens and a renewed waterfront public realm.

The buildings are separated and stepped to preserve light, sea breezes and views through the site. Seawater cooling, rainwater irrigation, photovoltaic panels and extensive planting support the environmental strategy, while the Avenue of Stars and Salisbury Garden reconnect the district to Victoria Harbour.
