Architect | Residential, Workplace, Regeneration & Education Projects

An opportunity has arisen for an ARB-registered Architect to join a collaborative architectural practice working across residential, workplace, regeneration and education projects. With a varied workload and projects at multiple stages, the role offers the chance to gain broad project exposure while taking on increased responsibility within a supportive team environment.

The practice is particularly interested in Architects with strong ArchiCAD experience who are looking to build on their project-running, design and technical skills. You'll work closely with project leaders, clients and consultants, contributing to projects from concept through to delivery.

The Role

You'll play an active role in the design and delivery of projects across a range of sectors, supporting project teams through planning, technical design and construction stages. The successful candidate will be encouraged to take ownership of their work, contribute ideas and become involved in all aspects of project delivery. Working within a close-knit team, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your experience while continuing to develop professionally through ongoing mentoring and project exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects across a variety of RIBA stages.
• Develop design proposals, planning packages and technical information using ArchiCAD.
• Produce presentations and visualisations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and wider project teams.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to design reviews.
• Assist with planning submissions and technical documentation.
• Support the successful delivery of projects across residential, workplace, regeneration and education sectors.

Requirements

• ARB-registered Architect.
• Strong ArchiCAD proficiency.
• Experience working within a UK architectural practice.
• Good design, technical and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience coordinating projects and working within multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery.
