Project Manager | High-End Private Residential | North West London
Hybrid Working, Competitive Salary, Discretionary Bonus + Project Fee Commission
Have you come from a contractor, developer or client-side background? Do you want to see a home through from the first brief to handing over the keys? If so, this role is worth a closer look.
Our client is a well-established residential architecture and interiors practice. They design beautifully crafted private homes across London, from extensions and full refurbishments to bespoke new builds. They are known for thoughtful, high-quality design. As well as architecture and interiors, they can manage the build itself, and that's where you come in. As part of a close-knit team, you'll work directly with the directors, giving you real ownership, regular contact with clients and a genuine say in how projects are delivered. The homes are complex and highly bespoke, so this suits someone who enjoys the detail, the coordination and the satisfaction of seeing an exceptional home come together on site.
The Role
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of high-end private residential projects and be the main point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors from start to finish. Working closely with the architects and designers, you'll look after programmes, budgets, consultant coordination and delivery on site. Your job is to make sure each project runs smoothly and is finished to the standard the practice is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bespoke private residential projects from inception through to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors.
- Manage project programmes, budgets and reporting.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Lead project meetings and stakeholder communication.
- Support procurement and contractor appointments.
- Monitor quality, progress and risk throughout delivery.
Requirements
- Project management experience within a developer, main contractor or client-side environment.
- Proven experience delivering high-end private residential projects.
- Strong understanding of construction and project delivery.
- Experience managing consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
- A professional, proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary.
- Hybrid working.
- Discretionary annual bonus.
- Project fee commission scheme.
- 22 days annual leave, increasing by one day per year of service up to 25 days.
- Group Pension with Standard Life after you pass probation.
- Group Life Insurance.
- Travel card loan.
- Cycle to Work scheme.
- An Individual Development Plan tailored to your long-term career progression.
- Excellent progression opportunities in a growing team.
This is a chance to put your delivery experience to work on exceptional private homes across London. You'll be in a studio where your contribution is seen and valued, not lost in a large organisation. If this sounds like the right next step for you, we'd love to hear from you.
