The Role

The studio is looking for a Senior Architect who can take responsibility across design development, technical coordination and project delivery. You will work with project leaders, consultants and internal teams, helping move schemes forward with judgement, clarity and a good eye for both design intent and buildability. What You Will Be Working On • Complex residential, mixed-use and workplace-led projects • Design development, technical packages and consultant coordination • Revit-led project information and drawing production • Planning, tender and delivery stages where coordination matters • Supporting junior team members while keeping your own work moving What You Will Bring • ARB registration and strong UK practice experience • Confident Revit skills and a good technical eye • Experience leading packages or coordinating substantial project stages • A calm, organised way of working with consultants and clients • The ability to balance design quality with delivery pressure Why This Role Is Worth Your Time The salary is expected to sit around GBP48,000 to GBP55,000, with hybrid working in London and around three days a week in the studio.
