A fully affordable mixed-use scheme centred on 62 almshouses for older Southwark residents facing hardship.

A disused 1970s St James's building converted into social, wellbeing and collaborative space for a workplace community.
The Waterman
Four Victorian Clerkenwell warehouses combined into a 6,500 sq m low-carbon workplace and heritage retrofit.

Depth is at the core of what we do: depth of research, of thinking, depth of curiosity, understanding and collaboration. We listen closely and analytically. We interrogate the brief, finding the physical and cultural essence of each site to unlock its potential. We know that the first idea is rarely the best idea.
With our collective experience of high profile projects in sensitive locations, we create considered designs with commercial and contextual sensibility. Our approach prioritises process over house style, to create architecture that is appropriate for people and place.
