The story

The story behind the work.

EPR provided architecture from RIBA Stage 2 to Stage 4 and interiors from concept to Stage 4 for JTRE London's partnership with Southwark Charities.

The scheme combines 220,000 sq ft of flexible workspace, active ground-floor food and beverage uses and roof gardens with a second tower containing 64 almshouses, a charity hub and community hall.

Its design references Southwark's historic Tenter Fields through a woven facade language, while interiors use natural dyes, organic forms and tactile materials.
