The story
The story behind the work.
EPR restored, extended and reimagined the former Old War Office in Whitehall, retaining historic mosaics, oak panelling and the marble staircase through an eight-year restoration.
The completed destination includes the 120-key Raffles London at The OWO, 85 private residences, restaurants and bars, plus a Guerlain spa and health club with a 20m pool.
