The story
The story behind the work.
EPR describes OSMO as a workplace in the heart of the Nine Elms linear park, with a colonnaded active ground floor and a strong relationship to the public park.
Planting runs through the workspaces and is paired with warm natural materials and a light industrial character. A communal roof garden, event and yoga space, cycle facilities, bird and bee boxes and smart building technology support wellbeing, tenant control and biodiversity.
