The story

The story behind the work.

King's Road Park spans 24 plots with 1,800 private and affordable homes and 2.7ha of public realm, including a new public park retaining the world's oldest gas holder.

EPR designed and delivered Phase 1, 345 apartments across three buildings with a landscaped podium, residents' facilities, ground-floor commercial space and basement. The phase links King's Road to the park through brickwork and glazed open elevations.

EPR also designed 2,000m2 of residents' facilities including a lounge, courtyard, spa, naturally lit pool, gym, private dining, games room and golf simulator.
