The story

The story behind the work.

At 68 King William Street, Studio Sutton reworked eight floors and 70,000 sq ft of a former 1920s House of Fraser building for Spaces.

The project uses the existing commercial building as the foundation for a flexible workplace with a clearer hospitality offer, shared amenities and a stronger relationship between the historic shell and day-to-day working life.
