Marklake Court provides twenty-seven council-rent homes in Bermondsey. Its place in the communityled.homes case-study network shows how resident and community involvement can shape a larger social-housing development rather than only a small co-housing group.
The official source records completion in 2018 and names Bell Phillips and Igloo Community Builders within the delivery team. Those roles remain separate: Community Led Housing London is represented only as the case-study and support organisation, and no Levent Kerimol authorship is inferred.
