The story

The story behind the work.

Naked House is a planned group of twenty-two sub-market homes in Ponders End with resale prices capped to preserve affordability. The homes are conceived as adaptable shells so residents can complete and change their interiors in response to their own needs and budgets.

The official case study records planning permission in 2022 and names OMMX as architect. Because construction status can change, this record uses the confirmed planning milestone rather than presenting a future completion as fact. Community Led Housing London remains a case-study and support relationship, with no Levent Kerimol design credit.
