A growing inhouse design team is seeking an experienced Architect to join its Athens studio and contribute to the delivery of exceptional high-end residential projects. This is an opportunity to become part of a close knit, expanding team responsible for designing and delivering bespoke private homes, luxury apartments, and prestigious residential developments.

The successful candidate will be a registered Architect in Greece with strong design and technical capabilities, as well as experience in interior design and the coordination of high-quality residential projects from concept through to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to the design of luxury residential projects across all project stages
  • Develop architectural and interior design concepts that reflect high-quality, bespoke design standards
  • Produce detailed design packages, drawings, presentations, and technical documentation
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and specialist designers
  • Manage project information and ensure design quality throughout delivery
  • Attend client meetings and present design proposals with confidence
  • Oversee interior architecture, space planning, material selection, and FF&E coordination
  • Ensure projects comply with Greek planning regulations, building codes, and industry standards
  • Support junior team members and contribute to the growth of the in-house design function

Requirements:

  • Registered Architect in Greece - essential
  • 4-5 years professional experience, ideally within high-end residential architecture
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both architectural and interior design work
  • Experience delivering projects from concept through construction
  • Excellent understanding of Greek building regulations and permitting processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary in-house environment
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Have the right to live and work in the EU
