Architect

An established private property and development company is seeking a Project running Architect to join its growing in-house design team in London to work on their projects in the UK and Greece.

Reporting to the Head of Architecture, this role will lead the delivery of bespoke high-end residential projects while supporting and mentoring a junior team member. Combining technical expertise, consultant coordination, and client management, the role is focused on ensuring projects are successfully delivered to the highest design and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of high-end residential projects across all RIBA stages
• Manage project programmes, consultant coordination, and design information
• Produce and review detailed drawing packages and technical documentation
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities
• Oversee planning, building regulations, and construction-stage coordination
• Mentor and manage one junior team member, supporting their professional development
• Monitor project quality, budgets, and deadlines
• Attend site visits and ensure successful project execution through completion

Requirements:

• ARB registered Architect or equivalent
• 2-3 years post Part III experience delivering luxury residential projects
• Proven ability to independently run projects from concept to completion
• Experience managing project teams and coordinating external consultants
• Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup and Adobe Suite
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring or managing junior staff
• The right to live and work in the UK
