Oliver Lowrie is an architect and co-founder of Ackroyd Lowrie, the London practice he leads with Jon Ackroyd. Before founding the practice, he spent ten years at Architype, developing a modular timber construction system for primary schools and nurseries and working as project architect for Highgate School’s new junior school.
His practice biography records architecture studies at Sheffield, a Part II distinction at Oxford Brookes, and completion of his training at Westminster in 2012. His work combines sustainable design with collaboration between clients, makers and builders; he has also taught and lectured at Oxford Brookes and Nottingham.
