Architect

The strongest residential teams are built around different strengths. Some Architects excel in concept design, planning and presentation, while others are at their best coordinating projects, developing technical packages and seeing schemes successfully through delivery.

With a growing pipeline of residential-led projects, the team is looking to welcome Architects who can bring either strong design capabilities or technical expertise. The work spans a range of residential developments, regeneration projects, mixed-use schemes and student accommodation developments, providing exposure to projects of varying scales and complexity.

Whether your expertise lies in the early stages of design or the technical and delivery stages, you'll be joining a collaborative environment where Architects are encouraged to take ownership of their work, develop professionally and contribute meaningfully to project success.

The Role

Working across a diverse portfolio of residential projects, you'll collaborate closely with clients, consultants and project teams throughout the design and delivery process.

The role can be shaped around your strengths, whether that's contributing to concept and planning stages, developing detailed technical information, or taking projects through to construction. You'll have the opportunity to broaden your experience while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of residential and mixed-use projects across a range of RIBA stages.
• Develop design proposals, planning submissions and technical packages.
• Produce and coordinate project information using Revit.
• Work closely with clients, consultants and wider project teams.
• Attend design reviews, project meetings and workshops.
• Contribute to project coordination and successful project delivery.
• Support projects from concept through to completion.
• Maintain high standards of design quality and technical delivery.

Requirements

• ARB-registered Architect.
• Experience working within a UK architectural practice.
• Strong Revit proficiency.
• Previous residential project experience preferred.
• Strong design, technical or project delivery skills.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of projects.
