The Opportunity
As BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in advancing the studio's BIM capabilities, supporting high-performance teams working on complex projects across all phases. From shaping Revit standards and workflows to mentoring staff and implementing new technologies, your contributions will be critical to the studio’s project success and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead BIM/REVIT® project kick-offs, including execution planning, model setup, and team direction.
Support model health, clash detection, and consultant coordination throughout project delivery.
Provide hands-on Revit training, support, and mentoring to architecture and interiors teams.
Develop and maintain sector-specific tools, templates, and content for the design team.
Collaborate with the firm-wide Practice Technology team to shape and refine workflows.
Advance best practices in BIM, computational design, visualization, and sustainability tools.
Represent the studio at industry events and engage in peer-to-peer professional dialogue.
Ideal Skills and Experience
Strong Autodesk Revit skills, with experience on large-scale projects.
Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360) and ISO 19650 (preferred).
Experience with tools such as Newforma, Navisworks, Rhino, Grasshopper, Python, and Enscape.
Skilled in mentoring and educating teams on digital workflows.
Effective communicator with a proactive, organised approach.
Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit is encouraged.
