Who Can Join: Anyone in the UK, 18+, not employed by Architecture Social. Referrals must be new to us.
Rewards: Earn an Amazon, John Lewis or Marks & Spencer e-voucher – £100 for a contractor who contracts for at least 1 month, £300 for a permanent hire at one of our clients with a salary up to £60k, £400 for permanent hires between £60k – £100k, £500 for referrals of over £100k in salary – after they’re placed and complete probation.
Payment: Vouchers sent within 90 days of their probation end (must be at least 3 months from their start day); no cash alternative.
Rules: One reward per placement (first referrer claims the reward). No payout if they’re not hired, leave before 3 months of their start date or if their probation is not passed. We follow GDPR and equality laws — see our privacy policy. We may update or end this scheme anytime. Choices of E-Voucher may change due to subject of availability at the time they need to be sent to you.
Payment will be made in vouchers. In the unlikely event of any disputed fees, Architecture Social reserves the right to vary or terminate all or part of the terms of this Referral Scheme at any time without notice. There is no alternative offer and this offer must be redeemed within three months of notification.
Following all checks, the decision of the Architecture Social is final. We reserve the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of the Referral Incentive Scheme without written notice. These terms are final and non-negotiable.
