Who should I refer?

Refer someone in architecture, interiors, BIM, technical or practice support who is open to a job move and has agreed for you to share their details.

Yes. Please ask before submitting their details. A referral should help the person, not surprise them.

Rewards are only paid after the person is placed, the relevant qualifying period or probation is complete, and the referral remains eligible under the scheme terms.

Eligible rewards currently range from £100 to £500 in e-vouchers, depending on whether the placement is contract or permanent and the salary level.

If the person is already known to us, already active with us or was referred by someone else first, the referral may not qualify for a reward.

Referral scheme terms

Who can join: Anyone in the UK aged 18 or over, provided they are not employed by Architecture Social. Please only refer someone after they have given permission, and only if they are not already known to us.

Rewards: Eligible rewards are e-vouchers from Amazon, John Lewis or Marks & Spencer: £100 for a contractor who contracts for at least one month, £300 for a permanent hire up to £60k salary, £400 for a permanent hire between £60k and £100k, and £500 for a permanent hire over £100k salary.

Payment: Vouchers are sent after the person is placed, the relevant probation or qualifying period is complete, and the placement remains eligible. There is no cash alternative.

Rules: One reward is available per eligible placement, normally to the first valid referrer. No reward is payable if the person is not hired, leaves before the qualifying period, does not pass probation, is already known to us or cannot be processed under the scheme.

Architecture Social follows GDPR and equality law. Voucher choices may change depending on availability, and Architecture Social may vary, pause or end the referral scheme if needed.
