DESIGN.
We believe the design is the most important aspect of a project. We work together as a team with the client to produce the best possible design solution for the brief. We pride ourselves in being able to design-out the problems to create a scheme which meets both the planning and client’s requirements.

LAND DEVELOPMENT.
At ZMA we specialise in gaining planning approval for land owners maximising the potential and value of a site. Our clients range from retiring farmers to main contractors or developers. We have various fee structures to accommodate each type of client and their individual situation.

PLANNING.
Gaining planning approval for a site or building requires a strategic approach linked directly to the design of the scheme. We specialise in gaining approval for sensitive or problematic sites creating a suitable design solution and working with the Local Authority from the outset.

MASTER PLANNING.
When creating a masterplan proposal we develop a detailed understanding of the local area, site and what people need. It is paramount that new developments integrate with the existing community whilst creating contemporary buildings to live, work and play.

COMMERCIAL.
We are passionate about working with businesses across the North-West to create environments which work for their specific purpose. We have worked with community groups such as Burnley FC in the Community; and businesses such as Tailor Made Resourcing, Playdor Nuseries and ICS Prestige.
