The Role:
As an Architect / Designer, you will play a key role in delivering landmark projects in both the UK and Middle East. The focus will be on later-stage project execution, including technical detailing, construction documentation, and stakeholder coordination. You'll work closely with a diverse team to turn visionary concepts into reality. If you have experience in managing complex BIM workflows and are skilled in both Rhino and Revit, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design development from concept through to completion (RIBA stages 3-5)
• Oversee technical detailing, construction documentation, and administration tasks
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including local authorities and sub-consultants, to ensure project success
• Work within BIM environments, facilitating coordination and interoperability between project teams
• Manage 3D coordination and technical challenges using innovative solutions
• Prepare and develop design drawings, models, and visuals for client and stakeholder presentations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Professional qualification as an Architect (or equivalent international certification)
• 2-7 years of post-qualification experience in architecture or design
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Rhino, with 3-5 years of experience in BIM-driven projects
• Strong conceptual, graphic, and technical design skills
• Experience in technical detailing, construction documentation, and stakeholder coordination
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in masterplanning is advantageous but not essential
