An opportunity has arisen for a talented and design-focused Part III Architect to join a respected architecture studio based in Waterloo, London. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of a landmark hospitality project, a luxury hotel located on an island in the UAE.

This role is ideally suited to an architect with strong experience in hospitality-led design, exceptional 3D visualisation skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach. A secured pipeline of exciting projects across the hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use sectors follows this commission, offering clear progression opportunities within a supportive team.

About the Role:

Based in the Waterloo studio, the Architect will contribute to the design and coordination of high-quality architectural solutions. Working closely with senior leadership and a multidisciplinary consultant team, they will take responsibility for managing workflow, supporting concept development, and overseeing delivery across multiple project stages.

Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain design integrity from concept through to completion are essential. The role requires confidence in both internal collaboration and client-facing settings.

Key Requirements:

• ARB-registered Part III Architect
• Demonstrable experience on hospitality-led design projects (essential)
• Strong design and technical ability across all RIBA stages
• Excellent 3D visualisation skills, particularly using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Confident in communicating design ideas visually and verbally
• Capable of leading elements of project delivery and liaising with consultants
• Organised, efficient and able to manage deadlines across multiple workstreams
• Proactive team player with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Commercially aware, with a good understanding of UK Building Regulations
