Responsibilities
- Work on projects from concept to completion
- Develop coordinated Revit models and drawings
- Contribute to design workshops, concept development and planning submissions
- Produce clear technical details and information for tender and construction
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants and contractors on UK regulations and standards
- Attend site meetings and help resolve clashes or issues using the Revit model
- Support quality control, ensuring information is accurate, buildable and compliant
Skills and Experience
- ARB registered Architect with 2 years post qualification experience
- Proven UK project epoeierbece experience across one or more of the following: residential, commercial, hotel, education or healthcare design
- Proficiency in Revit - training provided if required
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients and partners
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and interest in sustainable design
- The right to live and work in the UK - no visa transfer possible
