About You

• Experience working on residential and or commercial projects within the UK
• Good understanding of UK planning processes and requirements
• Strong design ability with a high level of attention to detail
• Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe InDesign
• Confident producing clear drawings and sketch work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative, proactive, and design‑driven approach
• Experience preparing planning applications, design codes, and technical information
