The role

Join our Commercial team to lead and support the design and delivery of commercial and mixed‑use projects from RIBA Stages 3 to 5, working closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to bring exceptional architecture to life. Hotel experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development and provide design support across commercial and mixed‑use schemes
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to collaborative design processes
• Produce detailed Revit models, technical drawings, and documentation
• Interface regularly with clients, multidisciplinary consultants, and delivery teams
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification (ARB/RIBA) experience in commercial architecture
• Demonstrable portfolio across commercial and (ideally) mixed‑use or hotel projects
• High proficiency in Revit
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes
• Effective communicator with excellent presentation and coordination skills
