Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs and detailed technical packages for residential and mixed-use schemes
• Collaborate with senior architects and project leads to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors across all project stages
• Participate in design reviews and client presentations
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements

Skills and Experience:

• Part II qualified or ARB-registered Architect with UK project experience
• Strong proficiency in Archicad and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent design sensibility and technical detailing skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple projects
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
