The Role:

As an Architect with this prestigious practice, you’ll collaborate with a talented team of professionals to deliver projects that exceed client expectations. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your design and technical skills while enjoying a warm and collaborative work environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Utilize your expertise in BIM, Bentley OBD, and MicroStation to lead and coordinate projects.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and multi-disciplinary design teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to high BIM standards.
• Data Management: Leverage your knowledge of Common Data Environments, particularly Bentley ProjectWise, to manage project data efficiently.

What You’ll Need:

• Professional Registration: Must be a registered Architect with RIBA, ARB, or an equivalent qualification.
• UK Experience: Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, town planning procedures, and various construction types.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, BIM360, and a solid understanding of BIM standards.
• Specification Experience: Familiarity with NBS Building and NBS Create specification systems.
