Role Overview:

This London-based team is looking for a Revit proficient Architect with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in design and technical delivery. Your role will involve working on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from concept to completion, with a focus on creating exceptional, sustainable designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and technical delivery of projects using Revit.
• Manage complex Revit models and coordinate with consultants in a 3D environment.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure the successful execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Navigate UK construction processes, procedures, and regulations with confidence.
• Collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting innovation.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Fully qualified Architect with 2-3 years of post-Part 3 UK professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential, with experience in managing large-scale project models.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with NBS Chorus is a plus.
