About the Role: As a key member of this innovative team, you’ll collaborate with top-tier external design partners, offering your expertise in both technical and design aspects. You’ll play a vital role in preparing essential project documents, working on select design packages, and ensuring that every project detail meets the highest standards of compliance. Your day-to-day will involve sourcing critical project information, answering design queries, and navigating building codes and regulations with ease.

Mentorship and Collaboration: Not only will you be the go-to expert for design and technical queries, but you’ll also guide and mentor junior staff, fostering their growth and development. Your strong communication skills will enable you to seamlessly coordinate with colleagues and third-party stakeholders, ensuring every project runs smoothly from concept to construction. You’ll plan, analyze project briefs, and employ innovative techniques to bring your design ideas to life.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in architectural design, with a proven track record of delivering mixed-use projects on a global scale.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong construction detailing skills are a must, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino. Experience with BIM delivery is a significant plus.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to take charge of projects, leading them through all stages of development.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills that make you a natural at building rapport and working collaboratively.
