Key Responsibilities:
- Space Planning: Focus on the detailed planning of sports and entertainment venues, ensuring they meet the needs of various user groups.
- Design & Technical Expertise: Apply your knowledge of British Standards, Revit, and Excel to manage projects from RIBA stages 0-4.
- Client Engagement: Participate in client-facing workshops and presentations, clearly communicating design concepts and solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee large-scale, complex projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Learning & Development: While knowledge of sports regulations is a plus, the firm offers training to help you excel in this specialized area.
What You Bring:
- Qualifications: RIBA Part II or III qualified, or equivalent certification.
- Experience: Strong experience in managing large-scale complex projects, ideally in the sports sector, from RIBA stages 0-4.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit and Excel is essential; a good understanding of British Standards will set you apart.
- Creativity & Problem Solving: A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to think independently and creatively.
