The Role
Join a dynamic team where your expertise will directly contribute to shaping London's commercial architecture landscape. Working across the full spectrum of RIBA stages (0-7), you'll be instrumental in delivering complex commercial projects from initial concept through to post-completion review. Key Responsibilities

Lead design development and delivery across all RIBA Work Stages for commercial projects
Produce high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and coordinated design packages using advanced Revit skills
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and sustainability consultants
Coordinate with planning consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project delivery
Ensure projects meet technical standards, building regulations, and sustainability requirements
Support junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing
Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and project meetings
Contribute to design competitions and thought leadership initiatives within the practice

Essential Qualifications and Skills

ARB registered Architect with 3-5 years post-qualification experience
Expert-level Revit proficiency with strong technical drawing and modelling capabilities
Comprehensive understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
Experience delivering commercial projects across multiple RIBA stages
Strong project coordination and collaboration skills
Excellent communication abilities with clients, consultants, and project teams
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and environmental standards
Proficiency with additional software including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and BIM collaboration platforms

Desirable Skills

Experience with Enscape, Dynamo, Grasshopper, or other advanced design technologies
Knowledge of hotel, mixed-use, or complex commercial typologies
Understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 processes
Previous experience with listed building projects or heritage contexts
Interest in material innovation and experimental design approaches
