Architectural Technologist - Award Winning Practice - Residential Led Schemes

An established, award‑winning multi‑disciplinary practice is seeking a driven and technically minded Architectural Technologist to join its implementation team. The role sits within a collaborative environment that delivers high‑quality residentially led projects from detailed design through to on‑site delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of experience working on UK residential schemes and hold CIAT accreditation. They will be comfortable taking responsibility, coordinating with wider teams, and maintaining consistently high technical standards.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working on large residentially led schemes in the UK from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
- Confident using NBS Chorus on substantial residential projects
- Strong working knowledge of Revit (essential)
- Solid understanding of current UK building regulations
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
