About the Practice
A respected architecture studio with a strong track record in hospitality design is seeking a technically proficient Architectural Technician to support its growing hotel team. The Role
Working across RIBA Stages 3 to 5, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality hotel and hospitality projects—from boutique renovations to large-scale new builds. You’ll help translate design intent into robust construction documentation, ensuring that the final built spaces offer both visual impact and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop coordinated technical drawings and details using Revit
Support the delivery of tender and construction packages for complex hotel projects
Liaise with internal design teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical challenges
Conduct site visits and respond to on-site queries to maintain design and construction quality
Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations, accessibility standards, and hotel-specific requirements
What You’ll Bring
Experience as an Architectural Technician, preferably within the hospitality or hotel sector
Strong proficiency in Revit and familiarity with BIM coordination
Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and detailing for high-spec interior environments
Experience delivering technical packages across RIBA Stages 3 to 5
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
