Join a respected AJ 100 practice for a short-term contract where your technical expertise will make an immediate impact as part of their in house development consultancy team. This contract is for an immediate start, to last between 4-6 weeks on an hourly rate.

Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for live projects
• Support the development consultancy team with technical coordination
• Passion for retrofit and sustainability
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning standards
• Liaise with consultants and internal teams to deliver accurate documentation

Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Revit essential
• At least 2-3 years post Part II live project experience
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards
• Previous experience in residential or mixed-use projects preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• The right to live and work in the UK
