The Role
Working across RIBA Stages 3 to 5, you will play a key role in the detailed design and coordination of residential schemes. Using your technical expertise and proficiency in Revit, you’ll ensure that construction packages are precise, coordinated, and compliant—helping to bring ambitious designs to life.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed technical and construction drawings using Revit.
Coordinate with project architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver integrated solutions.
Assist in preparing tender and construction documentation.
Conduct site visits and support the resolution of technical queries during delivery.
Ensure all work aligns with Building Regulations, planning requirements, and project briefs.
Your Profile
Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, ideally within residential development.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of BIM workflows.
In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations, technical detailing, and modern construction methods.
Experience delivering high-quality technical packages from Stages 3 to 5.
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
