Architectural Technologist (Revit) – Leading Architectural Design Studio | London

The Role
As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in the technical development and coordination of major high-rise and mixed-use projects. Working closely with Associate Directors and the Head of BIM, you will contribute to the preparation and delivery of detailed design and tender documentation to the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive technical design packages, tender documentation and detailed specifications
- Execute project work under the direction of an Associate Director, collaborating closely with assigned team members
- Attend and contribute to external project meetings as required
- Participate in internal design reviews and technical coordination meetings
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain project-specific technical information
- Maintain clear communication with senior leadership regarding project progress and developments
- Support the development and refinement of BIM standards, detail libraries and master specifications in collaboration with the Head of BIM and senior studio leadership
- Ensure compliance with internal Quality Management Systems
- Maintain active CIAT membership and adhere to the CIAT Code of Conduct
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable experience delivering technical packages on complex projects, ideally high-rise or large-scale mixed-use schemes
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a strong understanding of BIM workflows and technical coordination
- Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies
- Strong detailing capability and specification writing experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- CIAT accredited (or working towards chartership)
