Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate Revit models and detailed drawings for large residential schemes (Stage 3-6)

• Prepare and maintain NBS Chorus specifications, integrating consultant input

• Resolve technical issues on site, ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations

• Lead internal and external coordination meetings, keeping programmes and budgets on track

• Mentor junior staff, sharing best practice in construction detailing and BIM workflows

Skills & Experience

• CIAT registered with 2+ years post-qualification on UK residential projects

• Advanced Revit user; competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3ds Max

• Strong grasp of current Building Regulations, NHBC standards and fire-safety guidance

• Proven track record producing high-quality technical packages and construction details

• Clear written and verbal communicator, able to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
