Your Role

As a CIAT-registered Architectural Technologist, you’ll contribute to delivering large-scale residential projects, focusing on RIBA Stage 3 and beyond. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed technical designs and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and best practices.
• Utilize Revit and NBS Chorus to produce accurate specifications and drawings.
• Support the delivery of complex, large-scale residential and mixed-use projects.

About You

We’re looking for an Architectural Technologist who embodies the following:

• CIAT Registration: Minimum 1-2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Project Expertise: Proven track record in delivering large residential projects in the UK.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit and NBS Chorus, with a solid understanding of UK Building Regulations.
