The Role
As a Mid to Senior Architectural Technologist, you’ll play a leading role in the technical development and delivery of new-build and refurbished housing projects. Working closely with design teams and external consultants, you’ll oversee key stages of delivery—from technical design through to on-site resolution—ensuring that every detail supports high-quality, sustainable living environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit
Oversee delivery of coordinated construction packages and regulatory submissions
Act as a key liaison between the architectural team, consultants, and contractors
Conduct site visits, respond to technical issues, and ensure design quality is maintained on site
Apply deep knowledge of residential detailing, construction methods, and sustainability goals
Ensure all work complies with Building Regulations, planning consents, and project briefs
What You’ll Bring
Degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology, with CIAT accreditation (or working towards)
5+ years’ experience in technical delivery of residential architecture
Advanced proficiency in Revit and solid understanding of BIM workflows
Strong command of UK Building Regulations and modern construction detailing
Excellent communication and coordination skills with experience managing consultants and contractors
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality, buildable solutions
